The Morinda Car Keys Program is designed to provide a valuable recognition tool for our distributors at the upcoming International Convention in Anaheim (August). For every 12 million dollars in Morinda product sales an additional car will be added to the drawing. We estimate a total of 14 plus vehicles to be given away. As of April 20, there are 8 cars in the pot. There will be five different drawing categories. In order to avoid all dilemmas regarding International distributors, all winners will have the option of taking the specified vehicle or taking a specified cash amount. If an International distributor accepts the vehicle option, the vehicle will only be delivered within the 48 States (excluding Hawaii & Alaska). |

Drawing #1
- Will include all attendees at Convention
- One Jeep to be given away in this category
- Make and Model of Vehicle: 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee
- Cash option amount: $25,000
Drawing #2
- Will include all 50-15-10 Qualifiers
- One Month………Name appears 4 times
- Two Months……..Name appears 3 time
- Three Months……Name appears 2 time
- Four Months……..Name appears 1time
- Only two G20s to be given away in this category
- Make and Model of Vehicle: 1999 Infinity G20
- Cash option amount: $20,000
Drawing #3
- Will include all Jades who have qualified consistently since the qualification period began or since becoming a Jade
- Number of Vehicles to be given away in this category is dependent on the total number of cars accumulated by Convention. Vehicles will be added to this category in the following order: Drawing #5 > Drawing #4 > Drawing #3 and back to Drawing #5 until all accumulated vehicles are expended.
- Make and Model of Vehicle: 1999 Volkswagen Beetle
- Cash option amount: $15,000
Drawing #4
- Will include all Pearls who have qualified consistently since the qualification period began or since becoming a Diamond Pearl
- Number of Vehicles to be given away in this category is dependent on the total number of cars accumulated by Convention. Vehicles will be added to this category in the following order: Drawing #5 > Drawing #4 > Drawing #3 and back to Drawing #5 until all accumulated vehicles are expended.
- Make and Model of Vehicle: 1999 Infinity G20
- Cash option amount: $20,000
Drawing #5
- Will include all Diamond Pearls and above who have qualified consistently since the qualification period began or since becoming a Diamond Pearl
- Number of Vehicles to be given away in this category is dependent on the total number of cars accumulated by Convention. Vehicles will be added to this category in the following order: Drawing #5 > Drawing #4 > Drawing #3 and back to Drawing #5 until all accumulated vehicles are expended.
- Make and Model of Vehicles: 1999 Chrysler 300M
- Cash option amount: $25,000
All winners will be given a "Winners Packet". Items to be enclosed in
Winners Packet:
- Form giving the winner the option of taking the car or the cash?
- Winner will be given a three week deadline to make decision or prize claim will be void
- Directions: How to claim prize
- Highlights of vehicle
- Option of having vehicle customized with Morinda paraphernalia (customization through Morinda - at no cost to the winner)
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- All accepted vehicles will be delivered upon availability
- Delivery only available within the 48 states
- Winners will be responsible for Tag, Title and Tax fees
- Winners will be responsible for income tax at the end of the year
